Privacy policy

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website through Cloudflare Workers with static assets. The website consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following data for each request:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if sent by your browser.
• Country derived from the IP address.

This processing delivers the website, protects against attacks and abuse through DDoS protection and security checks, and supports the start-page language redirect. Delivery and security processing relies on legitimate interests under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The website's own scripts set no cookies and use no browser storage. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies in the circumstances below.

Requests to the start page / are redirected to a language version using the country Cloudflare derives from your IP address and supplies through the cf-ipcountry header. The country is not stored. Site search runs entirely in your browser using a search index loaded from this website; search terms are not sent anywhere.

Contact is by email, not a contact form. Messages to tevezmc32@gmail.com are handled through Google LLC (Gmail). Your email and its contents are processed to answer your request under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), where necessary for contractual or pre-contractual matters, or Art. 6(1)(f), for the legitimate interest in answering other correspondence. See Google's privacy policy.

The website currently contains no partner (affiliate) links. Pages include external links to regulators, help services and sources. Data is transferred to those websites only when you click a link. Consult the destination's privacy policy before providing personal information there.

The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Hosting and email processing may also involve transfers outside the EEA.

• Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare's GDPR information.
• Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (incl. Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension). See Google's data transfer frameworks.

The website itself stores no personal data. Its Worker does not write request logs, and Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data under its own terms. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; SmgTev has not set a fixed deletion period.

Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions, Arts. 15–21 provide rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, notification concerning rectification, erasure or restriction, data portability, and objection. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send rights requests to tevezmc32@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or an alleged infringement.
